'Secret Rainforest Camp'

Over five days, the kids will build their own rainforest hideaway from card, complete with tree branches, jungle leaves and the vibrant colours of the rainforest. Each day adds a new layer to the world they're creating.

They'll add large exotic 3D flowers, wired flowers set in plaster of paris pot, foam clay bugs, an air dry clay toucan and a mini paper mâché jungle animal to bring their world to life.

At the end of the week, the children come together for a small Friday showcase where they can share their work with parents.

Please note: the projects are ambitious and are built up across the whole week — that's what makes them special. Children work on their pieces a little each day, so full week attendance is needed. Single days sadly aren't practical.

What to Bring:

• A water bottle 
• Lunch 
  • Please pack a lunch for each day 
  • There is a microwave
  • There is kettle for hot water

The Details:

• The camp is from 10-3pm each day.
• Snacks and drinks are included during the day.
• Location: Seestrasse 157, Küsnacht 8007 (inside the Tandem Gymnasium school)
  
• The extra hour (3-4pm) is unstructured free craft time. There will be no guided project. They can carry on with their camp projects or create something new using the studios supplies and materials. Perfect if you need a little extra time in your day:-)
