Refund policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.
We will always do our best to take care of our customers, our philosophy is to deal with each one fairly and reasonably. We are human too, and completely understand frustrations and disappointments.
We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us.
What if I've changed my mind?
If you've had a change of heart, then we can work out an exchange or return. In this case postage is to be paid by the customer and all items to be returned must be undamaged unused and in its unopened original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What if you sent me the wrong item!
Oh no! If you have not received what you have ordered, then please get in contact ASAP so we can work out a solution as quickly as possible.
There is a limit of 14 days from the time you received your item.
What if my kit is incomplete?
Although we take the utmost of care when we package our kits sometimes accidents happen!
In this case, please get in contact as soon as possible with a limit of 14 days and we can work out a quick and easy solution.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take the very best care to package our kits, so any damage is unlikely. But in the unfortunate situation that the Postie has kicked it around the street before delivering it, then we request a photograph of the damaged packaging and the consequently damaged item.
There is a limit of 14 days from the time you received your item to get in contact so we can quickly get this fixed!
